Abstract

Among other projects, the construction company completed an expansion of the Abbott Laboratories building in Westbrook in a record 90 days to accommodate COVID-19 testing. The men discuss their complementary management styles, how they managed the tight schedules of the Abbott project, what's next for their collaboration with Colby College in Waterville, and how they are trying to bring diversity into their workforce.
