A description of the unique challenges facing female entrepreneurs seeking investors for their companies. Maine businesswomen relate their experiences seeking capital from predominantly male investors who question their prospects, skills, and even basic intelligence in ways male entrepreneurs rarely encounter. Business owners interviewed include Briana Warner of Atlantic Sea Farms, Torrey Penrod-Cambra of HighByte, and Kay Aikin of Dynamic Grid.
