Abstract

An exploration of in-person vs.remote work in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Employees from various Maine companies such as Bernstein Shur, iBec Creative, and Marshall Communications discuss the dynamics of working from home by choice (rather than COVID-driven necessity) and striking a balance between the flexibility and productivity of remote work and the desire for in-person human interaction.
