Abstract

A discussion of the post-COVID turn toward hybrid workplaces - offices that not only allow greater flexibility between remote and in-person work, but provide workspaces beyond the standard cubicle. Explores how MEMIC Group and other Maine companies are integrating remote work with office spaces updated to make in-person work more attractive. Also discusses the effect of the coronavirus pandemic on business real estate.
