Abstract

VIP Tour and Charter, a family-owned for-hire sun service that began in Portland nearly 40 years ago, was purchased by Conway Scenic Railroad. In the late-1980s and early 1990s, VIP buses were used as University of Southern Maine shuttles between the Portland and Gorham campuses.
