Abstract

Developers are filling in an overlooked stretch of the heavily traveled highway in Saco. Where there were once vacant lots and fields, Saco has seen development of apartments and single-family housing developments, a Ziggi's coffee franchise, storage units, tiny houses, a Hancock Lumber store, housing near Aquaboggan Water Park, and more.
