Abstract

Scarborough-based coffee shop chain Aroma Joe's has restructured its management team, giving COO Dave Tucci the additional role of president. CEO Loren Goodridge, who is also a franchisee of 11 Aroma Joe's locations and a shareholder in the parent company, will transition from the chief executive role.
