Abstract

Along Stevens Avenue, in Portland's Deering Center neighborhood, UNE's new College of Osteopathic Medicine, along with additional healthcare offices, is under construction. UNE President James Herbert told Mainebiz, that "UNE is taking on that entrepreneurial spirit," and is looking to grow programs needed by the state and the region's workforce.
