Abstract
Brief article making reference to the Mainebiz feature printed on 2 May 2005 about real estate development in the Munjoy Hill vicinity. Major changes in the housing market and construction followed the the departure of Bath Iron Works in 2005, with the dry docks area replaced by the Ocean Gateway cruise ship terminal.
