Abstract

Bagala Window Works, in Westbrook, restores antique windows for museum houses, historic landmarks, and private homes. Owner Marc Bagala developed a 6x6-foot insulated stainless steel box that uses steam to remove paint and asbestos-filled glazing compound which he calls the Steam Stripper.
