Abstract

As Maine's third-largest city and a hub for the state's northern and eastern regions construction projects currently underway include a new 82,000 sq-foot Bangor Region YMCA, a shared-use 8,000 sq. foot commercial incubator Bangor Central Kitchen, and major housing and medical center projects. Downtown Bangor has recently become the 4th most-visited destination in Maine.
