    Women Unlimited, directed by State Senator Dale McCormick, provides women a 14-week training course for trade and technical jobs. About half its students are welfare mothers. As a legislator, McCormick is known for her stands on restructuring the workplace, deregulating the credit card business, and health care. She is running for the United States House of Representatives.
