Abstract
"this just in" piece reporting that Dan Reed, owner of the building at 625 Congress Street and the adjacent vacant lot, plans to sell his property to the owners of Burnham Arms apartment complex. Reed changed his plans of converting the former Skinny nightclub into the Congress Hall music venue after recognizing the cost and difficulty of renovating and bringing the building up to code. Plans for the space are unknown.
