Abstract
"this just in" piece on the former Whit's End on Portland's Congress Street, noting that the building is now owned by Bill Umbel of the Bluegrass Music Association. Umbel plans to renovate the building and install the Blue Mango Cafe on the ground floor, and the Skinny nightclub on the second floor. The clubs could be open by the end of the year.
