Abstract

"food" piece on Maurice Bonneau's Sausage Kitchen, which recently opened at the Portland Public Market. Already a Lisbon Falls institution, Bonneau specializes in high-quality, Made-in-Maine sausages, kielbasa, bratwurst and other meat products. All of his beef comes from Caldwell Farms, and a majority of the meats used are hormone-free and contain no by-products.
