Abstract

"this just in" piece on the possibility of improving Portland's Harbor View Park underneath the new Casco Bay Bridge. Eli Cayer and Bob Smyth see potential for the underused park to become a skate park for skateboarders, BMX riders and in-line skaters. Smyth and Cayer are working with Sally DeLuca at Portland Parks and Recreation to move their plans forward.
