Abstract
"Books" piece with a review of "Extreme Nature: Images from the World's Edge," a retrospective of Bill Curtsinger's 35-year career as a nature photographer. Curtsinger, who moved to Maine in 1971, calls the Gulf of Maine his "home water." Curtsinger will appear at Borders Books and Music in South Portland on December 9.
