Abstract

"Theater" piece on ROiL, a Portland theater activist group. ROiL members Joanna Horton and Tessy Seward traveled last month to the outskirts of Baton Rouge to work with young people in an emergency trailer park created by FEMA after Hurricane Katrina. The pair, along with ROiL co-founder Caitlin Corrigan, spent the week playing theater games, miming and creating stories in rounds with the displaced children.
