Abstract
"In the Lobby" piece with insights from the recent primary election that were overlooked by the mainstream media. The author contends that: Chandler Woodcock is a right-wing fringe candidate; Gov. John Baldacci has very weak support; Green Independent candidate Pat LaMarche potentially has broad support; and that the clean election law has changed everything in gubernatorial politics.
