Abstract
"this just in" piece on Newtel, a.k.a. New Day Labs, a.k.a. Megafirm, a.k.a. Rana Enterprise, a company currently based in Portland that sells the herbal supplements Valitrin and Hapizen. The company occasionally relocates to South Portland and Windham, allegedly to confuse investigators at the Attorney General's Office. According to Bob Williams, president of the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont, his organization is updating its file on Newtel this week, adding a list of complaints about the company's return, refund and cancellation policies; its "auto-ship" program; its untimely product delivery; and its practice of charging customers for products they didn't order.
