Abstract

Brief article commenting on Maine connections to television's "Sex and the City." Candace Bushnell, author of "Sex and the City," said her family first visited Maine in 1955. One of actor Sarah Jessica Parker's earlier acting jobs was in Portland. Charlotte, one of the show's characters, dreams of owning "a little cottage in Maine."
