Abstract

"Chowder" piece on Bisque-Its, lobster-flavored dog treats, created at the Lobster Institute at the University of Maine at Orono. Dr. Bob Bayer, director of the institute and professor of Animal and Veterinary Sciences, says they try to use lobster parts people aren't going to eat.
