Abstract

An article on The Cottages at Cabot Cove in Kennebunkport, former 50s-era rental cottages developer Tim Harrington bought and remodeled. After winterizing and upgrading the small homes, he offered a stipend to 16 interior decorators to decorate each cottage as part of a Designer Showcase that generated $100,000 for River Tree Arts. Two of the participating designers bought the houses they decorated, and several others have quickly gone under contract.
