Abstract

"House of the month" piece on "Western Cove" in Prouts Neck in Scarborough, which is being listed by LandVest for $6.2 million. The Shingle-Style "cottage" was rebuilt in 2003 from original plans after fire destroyed the 1908 structure, steps from Winslow Homer's painting studio. The new interior design was overseen by Chip Willauer, a descendant of Winslow Homer.
