Abstract

"Cuiscene" piece on an increase in the number of farmer's markets in Maine and of goods sold in them, with a focus on the market at Crystal Springs Farm in Brunswick. One of the vendors is Maine College of Art professor Barak Olins, who bakes artisanal bread in a wood-burning oven he built in a barn in South Freeport.
