Abstract

"Chowder" piece on an annual re-enactment of George Washington's crossing of the Delaware River, a trip that will be made this year in a replica longboat made in York by Paul Rollins, at a cost of $100,000. Rollins Boat Shop has built two other boats for earlier events.
