Brief profiles of three high-end houses that are listed for more than $2M each: Stephen Etnier’s 1948 house in South Harpswell, a Deer Isle house that was once part of a camp called The French Camp, and The Ledge in Northeast Harbor, designed in 1901 by Fred L. Savage.
