Mobile food services, or food trucks, have been steadily increasing in Portland since 2012. Several businesses are featured including Mami food truck, Muthah Truckah, Fishin' Ships, Locally Sauced, Tacos del Seoul, El Rodeo, Mainly Burgers, El Corazon, Maker's Mug and the Sugarbird Coffee Truck.
