Abstract

General Henry Knox (1750-1806), a hero during the Revolutionary war, lived in Montpelier. The house was razed in 1871, but then rebuilt in 1929, and furnished with original antiques and opened a the Knox Museum. The museum has undergone renovations and now has education exhibits throughout, that will capture the life, times and legacy of Henry Knox. [images]
