Abstract
A look at some of Maine's hotels and inns that have been used as settings for Hollywood films. Two midcoast inns, for example, were used for scenes in Tess Gerritsen's 2018 film, Island Zero. Camden welcomed the film crew of 1957's Peyton Place. Sebasco Harbor Resort was the setting for the underwater scenes in Head Above Water, and the producer returned to the area for his next project, Message in a Bottle.
