Abstract

Three Maine farmers discuss the versatility and innovation necessary to survive the vagaries of life, particularly a crisis like the coronavirus pandemic. Revenue-producing sidelines discussed include solar energy at Sandy River Farms, custom-built wooden crates at the Dole Orchards Box Shop, and goat hikes at Ten Apple Farm.
