Abstract

Article on the historic Mitchell Cottage on Islesboro, which was built as a summer cottage in 1915 by J. Kearsley Mitchell. The estate, formerly the Islesboro Inn, was purchased by Parker Stevenson and Kirstie Alley in 1992 and they converted it back to a private home. The estate is for sale this spring at $7.8 million. Featuring comments by Parker Stevenson.
