Abstract
"Outdoor Adventure" piece on C. J. Kelly, 34, a South Portland native who was the 1999 and 2000 world wakeboard champion, and who took up kiteboarding three years ago. Kennebunk Beach is a favorite spot for the sport, as is Pine Point in Scarborough. Kelly and a friend operate North Winds Kiteboarding School.
