Abstract

A Superior Court judge has granted Key Bank a $50,000 attachment against the assets of Linda Ray Zane, the owner of the now-defunct New Art Gallery at 121 Center Street. In October Key Bank threatened Zane with a termination of her lease due to non-payment of rent, at which point Zane allegedly removed furniture and equipment from the restaurant.
