Abstract

A Waste Management of Maine Inc. study estimated tipping cost of $660 a ton could finally kill the proposed Regional Waste Systems Inc. landfill and recycling operation in Gorham. RWS directors will study Waste Management's bid, which includes five options and considers waste volume projections.
