Abstract

Wade Miller, a 21-year-old mentally ill man the state is spending $131,000 to keep in a Massachusetts psychiatric facility, will return to Maine after July 1 without a place to live. Miller's funding by the Bureau of Mental Health will be eliminated under Gov. John R. McKernan's proposed budget cuts.
