Abstract

Bil Mosca, who earlier this year awarded the Center Lovell Inn to an entrant in an essay contest, has started selling advice to others looking to hold similar contests. Arthur Leach of Kennebunkport, who was unsuccessful in selling his oceanfront home through an essay contest, is starting a similar business, and is currently in the process of incorporating Win a Home Inc. to offer his expertise.
