Abstract

Brief article reporting that U.S. District Court in Portland has denied an attempt by Combined Management Inc. of Auburn to avoid state regulation of its workers' compensation program. Combined Management, an employee-leasing company, had been providing compensation coverage through the International Association of Entrepreneurs of America, a Texas non-profit which is not approved to provide insurance in Maine.
