Abstract

Maine sculptor and artist Nantz Comyns-Toohey, 37, of Scarborough, wants to display 100 wooden moose sculptures in various stages of development along Interstate 95 in southern Maine. The sculptures, to be made out of recycled material, would be constructed by schoolchildren and others. Details.
