Abstract

Convicted drug smuggler Harvey Prager, the focus of controversy earlier this year because of his appointment as a clerk for the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, will complete his third year of law school out of state. The terms of Prager's sentence for drug smuggling technically prohibit him from leaving the state before Oct. 10, but he has apparently gained permission to attend school outside of Maine. Details.
