University of New England President Thomas Hedley Reynolds, 72, arrested earlier this week on a drunken-driving charge in Kennebunk, has announced that he is admitting himself into a residential treatment center for alcohol abuse. Reynolds' blood-alcohol level at the time of the arrest was .27, more than three times the legal limit. Details.
