Ernest R. Grover, 46, of Springvale, has pleaded guilty to a charge of workers' compensation fraud after a federal investigation found that he was earning income while collecting benefits. Grover suffered a back injury while working at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard four years ago, and while collecting benefits he operated a watch repair shop out of his home. Details.
