Abstract

Two non-profit developers of low-income housing are defaulting on more than $3 million in loans made by the Maine State Housing Authority, the city of Portland and the Portland Housing Authority. The Portland West Neighborhood Council and a limited partnership established by the York-Cumberland Housing Development Corp. have been delinquent on payments for a year. Details.
