Abstract

The Portland City Council will consider on Monday whether to renew the liquor license of the Showboat Lounge at 929 Congress Street, whose owner, Peter T. Brichetto Jr., was charged last year with two violations of a city law forbidding nude dancing at bars unless they have a special license.
