Abstract

A U.S. District Court judge in Portland has granted Sebago Inc. of Westbrook a permanent injunction preventing Cole's Clothing of Springfield, Mo., and Keith Malos of Keith's Buster Brown in Fairfax, Va., from selling Sebago shoes. Sebago sought the injunction against the retailers because they sold the shoes to a third party that exported the merchandise without Sebago's permission.
