Abstract

U.S. Attorney Richard Cohen will vacate his office this week to make way for an interim U.S. Attorney who will fill the position while President Clinton decides on an nominee. A Republican and former state attorney general, Cohen indicated he may pursue appointment to the state bench by Gov. John R. McKernan.
