Abstract

The Cape Elizabeth Planning Board voted 4-0 to table a fourth request for subdivision alterations by Peter Kennedy of the Greater Portland Development Group, who is developing 20 house lots in the Highlands, an area between the Broad Cove neighborhood and Two Lights Road. Neighbors of the proposed subdivision expressed exasperation with ongoing changes in the project.
