Abstract

Charles Mack, 72, a retired Air Force colonel from Millinocket, will again try to make a non-stop solo flight from Washington to Moscow. Mack, who attempted the flight last year but failed because of bureaucratic complications, plans to take off from Dulles International Airport on Wednesday.
