Abstract

HCI/Craftsmen Corp. of South Portland has filed suit in U.S. District Court in Portland charging The New England Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Boston and its agent, Healey & Associates of Lewiston, with mismanagement of HCI's 401(k) retirement account. HCI, which has about 50 employees, distributes hardware products and doors to area retailers.
