Abstract

The University of New England in Biddeford has dismissed a filmmaker and cancelled his program, the New England Workshop for Independent Filmmakers, for allegedly failing to meet school standards. Workshop founder Keith Spiegel claims that UNE dismissed him after he completed production of a promotional video for the school.
